The following request to rehear the Obama eligibility challenge was filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. et al with the New Hampshire Secretary of State’s office by fax. Exhibits prove that the Ballot Law Commission lied in the hearing on Obama’s eligibility last Friday. The proof is there that they and the Secretary of State’s office both have jurisdiction to remove an ineligible candidate from the ballot.
